This agreement is made between Southeastern Medical Services Limited, (the contracted service provider) and you (the client) to provide a medical cover service at the clients chosen location.

Southeastern Medical Services Limited (the contractor)

Southeastern Medical Services Limited, promises to provide a professional medical cover service(s), performed by fully qualified, trained and disclosure and barring Service checked (DBS) employees to the agreed arguments as stated below:

Safety & Security Policy:

Southeastern Medical Services Limited, operates a very strict ZERO tolerance to abuse policy, this indicates that all employees of Southeastern Medical Services Limited have the right to refuse treatment to any client, customer, patient or service user who is being abusive in any way.

Southeastern Medical Services Limited employees may wear mobile CCTV devices, if they feel unsafe or insecure in anyway at an event or service(s) locations.

Southeastern Medical Services Limited will prosecute any client, customer patient or service user that assaults any employee, or causes any deliberate damage(s) to property owned by Southeastern Medical Services Limited, or any of its employees.

Southeastern Medical Services Limited have the right leave any contracted event locations, and will terminate any contract with immediate effect, if the event is unsafe, the event operations are acting unlawfully or, putting any employee member of Southeastern Medical Services Limited in any danger.

Change of Contracts:

Southeastern Medical Services Limited have the right to change any conditions of the contracted agreements in this statement, if Southeastern Medical Services Limited requires to change the contracted agreement, a written letter will be sent to client, or customer to keep all parties aware of all changes, however change of agreements cannot be made within 30 days prior the contracted event date by Southeastern Medical Services Limited.                                

Cancellations:

Although Southeastern Medical Services Limited promises to work to the contracted agreements in this statement, in the unlikely event that an agreement or contract is terminated of behalf of Southeastern Medical Services Limited, we will work alongside the customer or client to ensure a new medical cover provider is provided to the same cover level, and will be funded by Southeastern Medical Services Limited. This will prevent any company refunds or compensations funds.

Compensation:

All compensation agreements will be arranged in a professional interview with the customer, client and the Southeastern Medical Services Limited management and legal team. Southeastern Medical Services Limited will provide a compensation fund(s) to any customers or clients if an event is terminated without any lawful reason of a contract is breached on behalf of Southeastern Medical Services Limited.

Payments & Refunds:

Southeastern Medical Services Limited requires a 10% deposit to secure the event date, time and location. This deposit can be paid at any time up to 14 days prior the event date, however Southeastern Medical Services Limited cannot guarantee the date will be available if no deposit to payed.

All payments must be made payable to Southeastern Medical Services Limited, no later than 16 days after the event time.

Late Payment Policy:

All invoices MUST be paid in full within 16 days after the contracted event(s) Southeastern Medical Services Limited have the right to refuse and will terminate any future contracts with the company or client if the payee fails to pay on time.

Southeastern Medical Services Limited will contact every client or customer, 24 hours before their payment is due, this will be a courtesy call, email or text messages (sms).

If the customer or client, falls into financial difficulties, they are to contact Southeastern Medical Services Limited with immediate effect. Southeastern Medical Services Limited will support all of its clients and customers professional in this situation, and will arrange a payment plan to meet both parties, this will NOT affect the customer or clients credit score, however, failure to contact Southeastern Medical Services Limited, will result in Southeastern Medical Services Limited to pass the situation over to the company’s debt collection agency.

All unpaid invoices after 16 days, will be passed onto our partner debt collection agency, My Credit Controllers. Once the invoice is passed over to My Credit Controllers, the agency will take full responsibility of the situation, and apply percentage fees that will be added to your invoice, and not funded by Southeastern Medical Services Limited.

Southeastern Medical Services Limited is not accountable for any legal actions on be half of My Credit Controllers, or their services.

My Credit Controllers is no part of Southeastern Medical Services Limited, however Southeastern Medical Services Limited will and have the right to pass on all personal, and business information to My Credit Controllers in the event of late payments.

Southeastern Medical Services Limited undertakes a far range of security and vetting checks when recruiting every employee.

Southeastern Medical Services Limited, promise to only hire fully qualified medical employees, all our employees undertake mandatory training sessions, this included of practical and written based exams. This is to ensure the effectiveness of the employee and to test their knowledge and skills, this is to ensure our clients and customers only get the best of services.

All employee certificates can be realised to customers and clients upon written request.

All our employees will wear a professional ambulance / nurses uniform at all times, and identification badge will also be worn by our employees to ensure security.

Patient Information Requesting:

Southeastern Medical Services Limited operates a confidentiality and data protection policy, to ensure the security of data received from our patients is managed professionally and lawfully.

If for any reason the client or customer requires any information regarding a patient, they must write a fully detailed letter to Southeastern Medical Services Limited, explaining the reason for information requesting. Southeastern Medical Services Limited have the right to refuse to share any information with clients and customers, and may contact the patient treated to inform them regarding the request.

Southeastern Medical Services Limited may contact the local authority to take legal action against any person trying to request any confidentiality data if breached.

Customer Date:

Southeastern Medical Services Limited is a professional company and promises to not share any personal, or business information with any other company, client or organisation, unless requested from the local police authority, government party or debt agency on the terms of a late payment.

All customer and client data we receive, is stored on a password protected network that only Southeastern Medical Limited management or leadership employees have access to. A hard copy of each event will also be stored in a secured office cabinet. The hard / print off copy may be taken to events with the event medical team. The event medical team will have no access to personal or payment information.

Risk Assessment:

Southeastern Medical Services Limited will operate a full company risk assessment prior every event. The client has the responsibility to inform Southeastern Medical Services Limited of all the listed risks and activities that will occur at the event.

Southeastern Medical Services Limited can provide the client with a copy of the risk assessment for their own records upon request. If you have any questions regarding risk assessments, please contact you designated Southeastern Medical Services Limited representative.
